Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds

We want every Mr Bubble order to arrive ready to use. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly what we’ll do.

What we cover

  • Faulty or damaged on arrival — leaks, punctured packaging, broken seals, anything visibly off.
  • Wrong item received — you ordered Mango, you got Lychee.
  • Missing items — your delivery note says four pots and only three arrived.
  • Change of mind on unopened items — within 14 days of delivery.

What we can’t cover

  • Opened pouches, bottles or pots. This is a food safety rule, not a preference — once a seal is broken we can’t resell it.
  • Products stored above 25 °C or in direct sunlight after delivery.
  • Courier damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery, which is Royal Mail’s claim window.

How to start a return

Email harrison.m@mrbubble.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, for anything damaged, a photo. We’ll reply with what happens next.

You don’t need to return a damaged item before we sort it — a photo is usually enough.

Return postage

If the fault is ours, we cover the return postage or simply replace the item. If you’ve changed your mind, return postage is yours to arrange and pay for, and we’d recommend a tracked service since we can’t refund anything that doesn’t reach us.

Where an order was delivered free under our £75 threshold, our original delivery cost is deducted from the refund, as we covered it at the time of purchase.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed once the item is back with us and inspected, or straight away where we’ve agreed a replacement isn’t needed. Money goes back to the original payment method and typically lands within 3–5 working days.
